Job Seeking Skills Training (JSST) helps a person prepare for the job search process by reviewing and learning topics such as preparing resumes and cover letters, creating a job search plan, preparing for an interview, finding job leads, networking, negotiating salary, and learning about disability disclosure issues. After the JSST course, one will be much more prepared and confident in beginning the job search.
