Vocational Evaluation

Qualified people with disabilities perform assembly, packaging, and inspection tasks for local employers.

Vocational Evaluation consists of either a three-day or three-week assessment of a person’s work potential and practical job goals.  Done either individually or in a small-group setting, in Columbus or near one’s hometown, the evaluation may consist of academic testing, career exploration, work sampling, aptitude testing, and assessments of work skills.  A comprehensive written report is generated at the conclusion of the assessment to document one’s skills, suggest realistic job goals, and make recommendations for training or other services one may need to reach their employment goals.
