Individualized Community Based Work Adjustment
Qualified people with disabilities perform assembly, packaging, and inspection tasks for local employers.
Individualized Community Based Work Adjustment provides valuable work experience to people with disabilities, allowing them to become work ready while getting paid. The work adjustment program provides temporary paid work training at a community-based setting developed specifically to meet the individual’s interests and needs. The goal is to help a person become job ready before entering job placement services. Our JobPROVE Program allows a person to continue to work for pay in this setting one or two days each week during the job search process, in order to keep skills sharp.
